This policy is currently provided in English. Translations will be added over time; if a translated version ever conflicts with the English version, the English version governs.

Printopo (“we”, “us”) is a small, independent service. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we deliberately do not do. Data controller contact: our contact form.

Payment details (card numbers, billing address) go directly to FastSpring, our Merchant of Record. We never receive or store them.

Map, terrain and building data requests are served from the open-data sources credited in the app; your selected coordinates are sent to them as part of generating your model.

4. Legal bases

We process account, subscription and usage data to perform our contract with you, and technical data (IP, logs, rate limiting) under our legitimate interest in keeping the Service secure and fair.

You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by using our contact form. We respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/EEA, UK or California), you may have additional statutory rights, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

7. International transfers

Our infrastructure is primarily hosted in Japan (Tokyo region). Some providers listed above process data in other countries (including the United States) under their standard data-protection safeguards.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page, with the date above updated. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
